Her Enchiladas use three kinds of mushrooms, ground walnuts and warm spices that are rolled inside corn tortillas before being topped with a savory tomato sauce scented with chili powder, cumin and garlic. MICROWAVE: Remove lid. Heat high for 2.5 mins. (if frozen 4 mins.). Stir sauce. Microwave another 2.5 mins. (if frozen 4 mins.) or until it reaches desired temp.
OVEN: Remove lid. Cover with foil. Bake 20 mins. at 325 degrees (if frozen, 45 mins.).
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove lid. Cover pan with foil and cook for 50 mins. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165° F. Let sit 10 mins. before serving.
