Why Plant-Based Foods?

A colleague introduced me to a plant-based diet and I thought I’d give it a try. After just three days I was blown away at how great I felt. I was hooked. But more importantly, over time my health improved drastically. In the year and a half since adopting a plant-based diet, I no longer suffer from rosacea, eczema, rheumatoid arthritis or Sjögren’s syndrome; something my doctors had been unable to resolve in fifteen years. This is the best I’ve ever felt in my life. I went from being treated for arthritis to running five miles, three days a week, with no stiffness and no medication.

What do You Like Most About Fred and Ricky’s?

The food tastes great, and there’s a wide variety of entrees as well as desserts, and it’s affordably priced. I can stop by Fred and Ricky’s on the way home from work and pick-up a healthy meal that my wife and I will enjoy. I can even stock up on meals for the week, which is a lifesaver for busy professionals with little free time.

Favorite Fred and Ricky’s Dish?

I’m a Plantelloni® junkie. The red sauce is killer and the tofu has the consistency of the finest ricotta cheese. The banana bread is crazy good too!
