Our cannelloni is so legendary, it had to be called Plantelloni®, and we knew it was time to tell its story!
We won’t bore you with all the details, but finding these little beauties with a clean label and the ability to support so much flavor was no small feat. We think they’re pretty enough to be art themselves!
Next, our chefs pipe in our trademark “cheese” filling. Even carnivores swear this must be ricotta; but we assure you, it’s pure plants!
