Announcing Our New Fall Menu Items

We had a long summer this year, but fall is finally here! Leaves are falling, the air is getting cooler, and our favorite seasonal flavors are everywhere. Fall is a time for pumpkin spice, cinnamon apple, and butternut squash.

We’re celebrating fall with some of our favorite plant-delicious recipes. There’s nothing like the aroma of baked goods with cinnamon and baked apples or the savory scent of sweet potatoes, squash and hot stew. Fred’s kitchen is the epitome of fall this time of year!

Next time you’re in the store, we encourage you to try one of our new items:

  • Coconut Curry Stew – Coconut milk adds some creamy goodness to this flavorful stew. Cauliflower, diced tomatoes, sweet potato, onions, peas and basmati rice are cooked in Fred’s homemade vegetable stock with coconut milk and spices to add some extra heat.

  • Brussels Sprout Hash – This delicious hash is made with a combination of Brussels sprouts, squash, apples, onions, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. This dish will have you craving Brussels sprouts in the best way!
  • Oatmeal Cookies – Adorned with golden raisins and organic dark chocolate chips, these cookies will make you think you’re in Grandma’s kitchen, and they’re gluten-free!

  • Apple Walnut Loaf – Whole wheat flour combines with cinnamon, walnuts, and fresh apple chunks; its top is shingled with sliced apples and a crispy crumble of walnuts, raw sugar and cinnamon.

  • Harvest Pumpkin Muffin – All the flavors of classic pumpkin pie are stirred into one delicious muffin, then topped with a crumble of oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Harvest Oats – Omega 3 steel cut oats combine with ground flax, apple cider and cinnamon, and are garnished with a crunchy fruit & nut mix of toasted walnuts, golden raisins and coconut or our own fresh & spicy apple compote.

Celebrate the fall season with us and Fred’s plant-delicious food! We’ve got you covered for all your fall favorites this year. We hope to see you soon! If you have any questions about our menu items, please contact us.
