Celebrating National Gluten Free Day

This Saturday, January 13 has been designated National Gluten Free Day. By whom, we are not sure! And for that matter, who really cares? More important to us is that we make it easy for the ever-growing gluten free community to eat incredibly delicious, nutritious, plant based meals that delight the taste buds and satisfy even the heartiest of appetites.

Our broad selection of gluten free dishes ranges from the brand-new entrée Tuscan Penne Pasta, to stick to your ribs (but not your arteries) Southwest Adobo Chili, to multiple flavors of fluffy fluffy pancakes and decadent cookies and dough. All are hand crafted and prepared in small batches using special cooking techniques that maximize depth of flavor and richness while still being free of oils, preservatives and gluten.

And wait, did you catch that? They are all preservative free as well as gluten free. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find preservative free, gluten free foods? REALLY REALLY hard! But that’s a topic for another conversation.
