Desserts have been used for years as a way of saying “I Love You.” What’s a better way of telling someone you love them than giving them delicious and nutritious plant-based sweets? Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and we have the perfect sweets for your special someone. After seeing what’s coming out of Fred’s kitchen, you might just want to treat yourself!
The good news is that desserts and sweets can definitely be included in a healthy whole-food, plant-based diet. It just depends on the ingredients and moderation of consumption. All of Fred and Ricky’s recipes are fully plant-based without any added oils or preservatives. Several of our desserts are also gluten free, nut free and soy free.
