Vegans participate in an all plant-based diet, refraining from meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and all other animal products (honey, gelatin, animal broths, etc). Some vegans also avoid using or wearing any animal materials such as leather, wool, or silk. Our food is ideal for a vegan diet as it not only excludes all animal products, it’s preservative free, and we never add any oil to our recipes. Vegetarians are very similar to vegans, but are generally more flexible, allowing the consumption of eggs and dairy. There are many types of vegetarianism, including lacto (eats dairy), ovo (eats eggs), and lacto-ovo (the most common vegetarian – eats eggs and dairy). Our dishes are great for vegetarians, too. All of our dishes are 100% vegetarian friendly and are low on sodium and sugar!

Flexitarians are plant-based eaters that occasionally consume meat. This type of vegetarianism is typically common in new vegetarians, many who begin by simply increasing their intake of plant-based foods in their diet. Whether you’re on the path to veganism or vegetarianism, or just looking to eat healthier overall, we have a large selection of delectable dishes for you, too!
