Black Bean Burger with Bun

  • Our burger has the flavors of the southwest with corn, blackbeans and red pepper. Plus, it has Fred's homemade spicy ketchup! This burger is packed with a whopping 17 grams of protein and it's cholesterol-free! Grill 'em on the barbecue or heat 'em in the microwave for a quick, delicious protein packed meal or hearty snack!

  • Microwave: Remove lid, bun and ketchup. Cook burger on high for 90 seconds. (If frozen, sprinkle 1 tbsp. water & cover, heat at 40% power. Add 1 tbsp. water and cook 1 more min). Place on bun and top with ketchup. Stovetop: Place frozen patty over indirect heat for 5-10 minutes on each side or until it reaches 165 internal temperature.
