Cranberry Walnut Cookie Dough

  • Our classic gluten-free plant-based cookie, with the addition of cranberries and walnuts. A guilt-free treat! 36 ounces of dough. Makes 12-30 cookies depending on the cookie size. Its a decadent raw snack too!

  • INSTRUCTIONS: OVEN PREPARATION Preheat oven to 350. Scoop heaping Tbsp. of dough and form into balls (1.5 oz). Place dough 2 inches apart on a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Gently flatten each cookie with palm. Bake 12-15 mins. or until golden brown. Let cool completely and remove from pan with a spatula.
