Holiday Harvest Loaf, Sweet Potatoes with Pecan Brickle, Fresh Green Bean Casserole and Cranberry Relish.

  • All the comfort of mom’s meatloaf, minus the meat! Lentils are combined with roasted veggies, brown rice and lots of savory spices. Served with smashed sweet potatoes, tangy cranberry relish, and fresh green bean casserole, this protein packed entrée will keep you warm on a winter’s night!

  • Remove lid and rest atop dish. Cook on high 1 min. Stir. Cook 1 more min. or until dish is warmed through. IF FROZEN: Cook 2.5 min. on med. power. Stir. Cook high 1-2 min. more. OVEN: Remove lid and relish. Sprinkle loaf with water. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes at 325 F or until dish reaches 165 F. 
  • Harvest Grain Loaf: Lentils, Onion, Mushrooms, Brown Rice, Rolled Oats, Oat Flour, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Gluten-Free Beer, White Vinegar, Red Pepper, Flax seed, Unsweetened Applesauce and Spices Whipped Yams: Yams, Salt, Spice. Green Bean Casserole: Haricot Verts, Mushrooms, Almond Milk, Onion, Sherry, Pecans, Oat Flour, Garlic, Spice, Salt. Cranberry Relish: Cranberries, Apples, Oranges, Sugar.
